The cold weather of winter has arrived but the GLCC kitchen is here to keep you warm. Chef Joe and myself would like to wish everyone a very happy and healthy New Year!
With activity slowing down in the winter months, it’s a great time to get out to the club. Looking into January and February, the culinary team is trying new things, like a Chef’s Table event, where you can dine in the kitchen while the kitchen is in service. It’s a great opportunity to see how the kitchen works. We’ll also have cooking classes where we’ll bring in guest chefs from the local Kalamazoo area, so make sure to keep your eyes peeled for these dates in the coming months.
