We are excited to introduce our new Executive Chef, Adam Stacey! Chef Adam comes to us from Mangia Mangia, an Italian restaurant in downtown Kalamazoo, where he was the Chef/General Manager. Prior to that he worked for Bravo for 25 years where he moved up the ranks and was their Chef for the last 6 years. He has made many accomplishments in his career and brings with him for than 30 years of experience in culinary arts. He currently resides in Mattawan with his wife and two children. We look forward to having his expertise at GLCC and seeing all of his delicious creations!
