Lemon Garlic Chicken

1 tsp Dried Oregano

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

2 lbs Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast

2 tbs Butter

1/2 cup Chicken Broth

2 cloves of Garlic

3 Tbs fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 cup White Wine

1 tsp chopped Parsley


Mix oregano, salt and pepper. Rub the mixture into the chicken. Melt the butter in a skillet on medium heat, then brown the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes until browned. Place in slow cooker.

In the same skillet, add the wine, chicken broth, lemon juice and garlic. Heat and pour over the chicken.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for three hours. Add parsley before serving.
