Dr. David Crandell

After one of our rainiest Junes in recent memory, I know we are looking forward to more normal summer weather at Gull Lake. Normal and weather are two words not often talked about in Michigan, but it would be nice to see a little more sun.

Jesse Shaver and his grounds crew have been working feverishly to try to get the club ready for our Men's Invitational. My gratitude goes out to them for their hard work and effort to make our club the best it can be.

On a different note, we got blindsided last year and were unable to support a firework show on the 4th. it will be back this year and hopefully, better than ever. My appreciate goes out to Drew Worgess, Jay Garside, and John Kittredge for creating GLOW, a non-profit entity. All donations will help fund this year's show and any excess will be used for next year. There is a professional company doing the show. It will be preset and run remotely with the show lasting roughly 25 minutes. Enjoy!
