It's that time again for a short blast from your chef. As a management team we have decided to change the menu a little more often and not so drastic each time. For your sake and ours, we've decided that about every two weeks we would add a couple of new things to the menu and take off a few things. This will keep the menu fresh so we have new offerings each time you come in. Also, for training purposes, it will be easier to learn a few things than a whole new menu. It will keep us fast, efficient and learning new ideas more often.
