I hope that you all are enjoying your summer thus far and are spending quality time with your family and friends at the Club. If you are thinking of something light and flavorful for summer, here is a good recipe to try out. Enjoy! 

MAPLE MUSTARD AND CUMIN GLAZED SALMON
Salad
1 cup seasoned white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 English cucumber - thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion - sliced
1 fennel bulb - thinly sliced
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Mix ingredients together and let rest

Glaze
1 1/2 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tsp. grainy mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Combine ingredients and add to salmon
