Hi Everybody!

The summer is quickly coming to a close. High school sports are starting up and school will begin soon. Our garden is doing very well! We are harvesting eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and fresh herbs right now. We will be enjoying some of our harvest on the new menu with the eggplant caprese salad. I hope that you enjoy the new menu items.

In other news, we will be losing Coty Seaver, our Banquet Sous Chef. He is off to explore a new job with Stryker Corporation. KC Pigeon, our current Grille cook, will be promoted to Banquet Sous Chef. He will continue the high standard we have set for our banquets and Boat Bar experiences.
