Happy Holidays! Here is a warm and cozy recipe for you this season:

 

Beer Cheese Soup

· 2 Tablespoons Butter

· 1 Cup Diced Onion

· 1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire

· 2 Cups of half-n-half

· 2 Light Beer (24 oz)

· 4 Cups White Cheddar Cheese

· 4 Cups Chicken Stock

· 1/2 Cup Diced Carrots

· Salt and Pepper to Taste

· Few Shakes of Hot Sauce

· Garnish with Bacon, Chives & Jalapeno

 

Sautee onions with butter, add broth and Worcestershire. Add beer to cook off alcohol. Add in your half-n-half and cheddar cheese and add cornstarch to thicken.
