Happy Holidays!

 

             I hope that everyone is as excited as I am for this upcoming holiday season and all of the parties and events that will be coming along with it!

Don’t forget that our Annual Meeting is coming up on Wednesday, December 5th. This year GLCC is going paperless when it comes to voting. Keep an eye out for an email which will allow you to submit your ballot for the Annual Voting online. If you do not see it in your inbox, please keep an eye on your junk folder as they sometimes get re-routed.  Please feel free to reach out to me at any time if you are not receiving the email and I will make sure to send you another. If you would like a hard copy, they will be available in the office as well. This is a very important process for the future of the Club and we appreciate everyone’s willingness to participate.

Just a reminder that our membership roster can be found online through our web-site, www.gulllakecc.com under the ‘member central’ tab. If you would like me to print one off for you that you can pick it up in the office, I’m more than happy to do that. If you notice your information is incorrect on the roster, please let me know so I can update it. Also, if you go somewhere else during the winter months and would like any club correspondence sent to another address, please let someone in the office know—we like to keep everyone updated year-round.

Remember, GLCC  will be offering both the Gull Post and Calendar through our website and email. Paper copies will be available in the office for pick up and mailed upon request. If you’d like to have a hard copy of either of these, please contact me and I will make sure everything gets taken care of for you!

GLCC is going to be utilizing the Clubster app much more in 2019! Be sure to download the app to help stay up to date on upcoming events, cancellations and alerts. You will be able to allow push notifications to come right through to your phone so you won’t miss a beat! Groups can be created, private messaging and much more. If you do not see an email invitation within the first few days of November, please contact me!
